Winter Seafood Dinner

Join us for our Winter Seafood Dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday February 22nd. The five-course culinary experience will be hosted in the stunning ambiance of our Barrel Room by Winemaker Adam Pearce, Assistant Winemaker Emily Royal and Sommelier Dieter Unruh. The evening promises a celebration of exceptional flavours, perfectly paired wines, and warm hospitality in an unforgettable setting.

SEAFOOD DINNER MENU
Octopus Carpaccio
                  Sun Dried Tomato and Citrus Emulsion, Fried Caper Berries, Arugula Oil

Pan Seared Scallops
                  Guanciale and Smoked Raspberry Point Oyster Cream/ Parsley Oil, Candied Chilis

Grilled Swordfish
                  Romesco, Green Lentils, Mussel and Tomato Gremolata

Surf & Turf
Lobster and Crab Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Potato, Braised Tuscan Kale

"Lobster Tail"
                  Sfogliatelle, Semolina and Ricotta Pastry, Citrus, Gelato

Each course will be paired with thoughtfully curated wine, including current and back vintages carefully chosen to complement each dish.

Our Barrel Room is climatized however due to the cold outside temperatures we kindly suggest you bring a sweater or jacket to ensure your comfort throughout the evening.
