Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle(s) for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. We reserve the right to withhold the shipment of wine during times of extreme heat and cold weather conditions.
Please send a photo and an email to email@example.com to initiate the process of any returns under our terms and conditions noted herein.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return of wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the Administration Assistant at 905-468-0592 ext. 10 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
