Join us in the Wine Boutique for a tasting flight of 4 award-winning wines from our menu. This experience is approximately 30-minutes long and is standing at our tasting room bar. Tastings are intended for groups up to 4 people. We recommend reservations but accommodate walk-ins whenever possible. Available Daily Enjoy an intimate and elevated wine tasting experience in our exquisite Barrel Cellar. You will be guided through a 60 minute educational tasting of four of our award winning wines, led by our Senior Wine Consultants set against the romance of candlelight. Saturday Add a Kitchen76 Salumi Formaggi board to enhance your experience and enjoy a selection of cured meats, imported cheese, marinated olives and Estate fruit. Experience an in-depth 60-minute tour and tasting conducted by one of our Senior Wine Consultants. You will be greeted with an award-winning sparkling wine and behind-the-scenes look of how our exceptional wines are created. You will taste wine directly from the barrel, then have the finished product, and finally taste the wine after it has had time to mature to perfection. Friday - Sunday Indulge in an exquisite and personalized wine tasting in our Private Tasting Room where luxury meets oenophile delight during our 1.5 hour Sommelier’s Choice Tasting. Dieter Unruh, our Estate Sommelier, will meticulously curate a selection of five exceptional wines specifically tailored to your unique palate, including back vintages, cellar treasures, and the distinguished Stone Eagle collection. This intimate tasting experience goes beyond the ordinary, offering insights into the nuances of each wine and the stories behind them. It is not just a tasting, but a journey into the heart of exceptional winemaking, where passion and expertise create an unforgettable moment tailored just for you. Saturday Enjoy a wine tasting experience with our Estate Sommelier that takes you on a journey through the rich history of Two Sisters Vineyards. Learn about the winery, our vineyards, and winemaking practices. Our Estate Sommelier will guide you through a flight of our ultra-premium wine label, Stone Eagle. Some wines will only be available in small lots to those that attend this tasting. Sunday Eleventh Post is our proprietary blend of our three Estate grapes, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. In this experience you will find out why this wine has garnered so much notoriety and learn the history to discover its importance to Two Sisters Vineyards. You will taste our 2018 Eleventh Post along with the three individual varieties it is composed of, experiencing what makes the Niagara River appellation so unique. Begin with a brief tour followed by a seated tasting in the VIP Tasting Room hosted by our Senior Wine Consultant. This experience is 1-hour long. Available in April only There is no better way to celebrate than with friends, family and loved ones at Two Sisters Vineyards Estate! You will enjoy four of our award-winning wines beginning in our stunning Barrel Cellar. Continue to our outdoor terrace for a view of the vineyard and learn about our winemaking practices, terroir and Estate varietals before heading to our VIP Tasting Room to continue your tasting and learn about what makes Two Sisters Vineyards so special. Saturday This experience is intended for private groups of 8 to 16 guests. A 3-bottle wine collection will be prepared for the guest of honour to commemorate their special day. Our Veranda Tastings provide an unforgettable experience as you are led by our Senior Wine Consultants through an intimate 1 hour tasting that will leave you with a better understanding of five of our award-winning wines. This space truly showcases the elegance of TSV and allows you to enjoy the beauty of the vineyards. Available beginning May 3rd Great wine begins in the vineyard. You will be greeted with a sparkling toast on our Veranda for a spectacular view of the vineyards. This walking tour will allow you to get up-close and personal with the vines and see just how important their care and growth are to the impact they have on our wine. Venture through the Merlot vines and you will find yourself next at our Pond Pergola to continue your tasting experience before heading back to the winery for your final tasting within our stunning Barrel Room. Beginning May 3rd Take a seat between the stunning vineyard rows and experience a flight of 5 exceptional wines while enjoying the ambiance of the evening sun. It’s hard to think of a more romantic setting, and we’ve included a charcuterie board for 2 to bring the evening together. A Senior Wine Consultant will guide you through the nuances of our extraordinary wines, while highlighting the unique nature of the vineyard, its history, and the terroir. Should the weather be unfavourable, this experience will be held on our Veranda overlooking the vineyard. Available beginning May 3rd Looking to enjoy a unique experience with your group of 8 or more? We are pleased to offer private bookings for any of the above experiences for your group. Inquire with our concierge team about availability at the link below. Available Monday - Thursday This one-on-a-kind experience for two with our Estate Sommelier Magister, Dieter Unruh. This experience allows you to sit down with Dieter to discuss growing your cellar as you learn about ageing wines to your personal preferences. Your 30 minute consultation will be followed by a customized 60 minute tasting and shopping experience. Subject to availability. Bookable for groups of 2 only. We are pleased to offer a private tour and tasting experience with one of our senior wine consultants before you are escorted to a beautiful location on our Estate for you to pop the question, followed with a toast of our Lush Sparkling Rosé. Curate your experience by selecting from optional add-ons including a reservation for Kitchen76, a horse-drawn carriage ride, a professional photographer and an exquisite floral bouquet. Availability for this experience is limited to Monday to Thursday. The Proposal Experience is $600 & includes a $100 gift card that will be mailed to you one week after your visit. Add-ons are an additional fee & subject to availability.
