NEW YEARS EVE DINNER

Join us on Friday December 31st for a traditional prix-fixe Italian New Year’s Eve dinner. Begin with a splash of our award-winning LUSH Sparkling Rosé before your four course meal, and enjoy live music throughout the evening. Guests will have the option to pair our beautiful TSV wines with each course.

FIRE & FROST

Winter is a beautiful time of year in Ontario wine country. To celebrate this season, we invite you to embrace the chill with Fire & Frost, our outdoor experience beginning Friday November 26th. Sip wine and enjoy the ambiance of fire pits on our newly enclosed Veranda.

Ticket includes table for 1.5 hours and a 2oz pour of our Riesling Icewine or Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine.

WINEMAKER'S DINNER

We are excited to once again offer events at our Estate.
Celebrate with us Saturday December 4th, from 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
with a Winemaker’s Dinner hosted by Melissa, Angela and Head Winemaker Adam Pearce.

We will showcase some exclusive library wines from our cellar paired perfectly with a signature 4-course dinner created by Kitchen76. This event will take place in our stunning Barrel Cellar.  Tickets are currently available to Club TSV members only. Tickets are now available for our Wine & Cheese Masterclass with Afrim Pristine, owner of the Cheese Boutique and hosted by Melissa & Angela, our Co-Proprietors. It is sure to be an exciting and educational evening of TSV wines, curated cheese pairings and creative dishes from our very own Kitchen76.

Afrim will come together with Head Winemaker, Adam Pearce and Estate Sommelier, Dieter Unruh to break down the pairing process and talk through some exquisite wine and cheese pairings.
