Italian Dinner Series- Grano Duro Pasta

Join us for an unforgettable evening that celebrates the art of pasta and the rich culinary traditions of Italy. We are honoured to welcome Paolo Macchione, the owner and creator of Grano Duro pasta, named after the exceptional durum wheat semolina imported from Italy used for their pasta creations.

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a sparkling reception and canapés on the Veranda. Guests will then be invited into the Barrel Room for a 5-course dinner and dessert crafted by our own Chef Lanny Macleod, in collaboration with Paolo himself. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to showcase the beauty and versatility of Grano Duro pasta – from the first bite to the final course, and paired with our award-winning wine. To conclude the evening, guests are invited to the Wine Boutique to enjoy coffee and a sweet treat.
