Join Winemaker Adam Pearce and Estate Sommelier Dieter Unruh in the intimate setting of our Barrel Room for “Mastering the Méthode: A Sparkling Wine Masterclass”. You will embark on a journey through the art and science of traditional sparkling winemaking, offering a rare opportunity to taste wines at various stages of production, giving insight into their distinct styles, characteristics, and the nuances that make each one exceptional.

You will sample the base wines of our sparklings, straight from tank and barrel, followed by an eye-opening tasting of our undisgorged back vintage Blanc de Franc and Blanc de Blanc. The session will then lead you to a tasting of our current highly rated releases, 2021 Lush, 2020 Millefiori, 2020 Oro, and the 2020 Blanc de Franc. To elevate the experience, small bites from Kitchen76 will be expertly paired with the finished wines.
