The Two Sisters Unoaked Chardonnay for 2024 was made with grapes sourced exclusively from the Two Sisters Estate vineyard, located within the unique Niagara River sub-appellation. Every vine was manicured to manage yield and cluster location for exceptional flavour development and concentration. The grapes were gently whole cluster pressed and the wine was aged on the lees in stainless steel to build additional texture and complexity. The enticing nose is bursting with fresh fruit notes, mainly lemony citrus and crisp apple, with hints of ginger, sweet herbs, citrus zest and a subtle minerality. The palate is luscious and textured, as the exceptional balance of acidity , flavour and mouthfeel truly shines. Surprisingly rich, this unoaked chardonnay lingers, continuing its revelation throughout the lovely finish.
