The nose is bursting with aromas of tropical and stone fruits with a prominent honey note. The palate is extraordinary, as the sweetness is elegantly balanced by the structure of the wine. Rich, almost creamy, and elegantly dominated by flavours of mango, peach, apricot, pineapple and tangerine. This Icewine transitions into an incredibly long and textured finish, as spicy subtleties of the wine continue to surface. Pairs beautifully with blue and salty cheeses, fruit flan, fresh apple or peach pie.
