2016 Cabernet Sauvignon

The colour is deep, dark ruby. The nose is enticing, with a character that balances fruit, spice and earthy notes. Black currant, tobacco, licorice, pencil shavings, cedar, and dark chocolate are most evident. The palate is perfectly balanced, as the flavours harmonize with perfect acidity and pronounced but integrated tannins. Blackberries and black currants, leather, chocolate and just a hint of eucalyptus. This is a wine of great finesse, and it transitions seamlessly into a finish characterized by its many nuances.
