Following our acclaimed platinum 2014 vintage our winemaker Adam Pearce demonstrates once again the pinnacle of Niagara Cabernet Franc with our new 2015 vintage release. The warm fall and abundant sunshine in 2015 allowed exceptional ripeness and flavour development. The wine spent a total of 34 months aging in 100% French oak barrels. The 2015 Cabernet Franc is a deep, dark ruby colour with a vibrant nose of juicy ripe fruit and spicy herbs. A full-bodied wine with red and black fruit flavours contrasted by the spiciness of sweet basil, sage and red peppercorn.   2019 GOLD Six Nations Wine Challenge

Our 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is one we are all excited about! The 2018 vintage was a gift of freshness and brilliant acidity. This wine is clean and crisp with pronounced characteristics of green gooseberry, fresh cut grass and sweet herbs.
