This Traditional Method sparkling wine is crafted using our Estate Chardonnay. Crisp, clean and luscious, the wine is aged on the lees to gain its exceptional balance and texture. The citrus driven flavours are bright and fresh, giving the wine a distinct character and a broad appeal. Brilliant in the glass, the colour is punctuated by the inviting mousse and fine bubbles. Pronounced acidity balances the flavour and texture of this sparkler, making it a wonderful candidate for sipping. Also wonderful with food, Oro is the perfect pairing for shellfish, appetizers, cheeses and lighter fare like quiche.
