This Sauvignon Blanc was selectively sourced from exceptional vineyards in the Niagara region. The grapes were hand-harvested. The nose is an inviting combination of gooseberry, grapefruit, lemon zest and characteristic Niagara escarpment minerality. This wine continues in what is becoming a tradition of exceptional Sauvignon Blanc at Two Sisters.
