Head Winemaker Adam Pearce is thrilled to release exclusive to Club TSV Members the inaugural release of our first Millefiori Sparkling wine, made with our Estate honey, added after disgorging the base wine. As a Traditional method wine, the mousse and bubbles are exceptionally fine and delicate.
The colour is inviting, and the effervescence highlights the subtle golden hue in the wine.
On the nose it has a hint of honeycomb complementing the ripe citrus and apple character.
The bright, crisp palate delivers nuances of honey, honeycomb and tropical fruit, accentuated with subtle spring blossom notes.
