Fermented at very low temperatures, this Riesling is intensely aromatic. In the glass there are lovely aromas of green apple and spiced pear, rich with Escarpment minerality. Juicy acid balanced by some residual sugar, resulting in a round slightly citrus note in the mid-palate with a substantial finish that presents itself this side of off-dry with beautifully balanced acidity.
